　　长沙重型机器厂座落于长沙市东二环线一段(树木岭)，东接万家丽路，南邻劳动东路，北倚长沙大道。占地面积600亩，紧邻湖南高桥大市场、长沙体育新城，距长沙火车站5分钟车程，交通区位优势较好。企业为国有大二型企业，拥有主要生产设备2000台(套)，供热、供水系统，输变电系统和仓储、通讯等配套设施齐全。年生产能力为5万吨机械设备，企业产品有斗轮堆取料机、混匀堆取料机、板材矫正机、钢板开卷-矫正-剪切生产线等系列产品。其主导产品斗轮机的开发设计和生产已有30余年历史，为国内码头、港口和电力、钢铁、焦化行业广泛采用，在竞标中屡屡中标，是目前国家重点支持的产品，不仅拥有广泛的国内市场，并已出口

土耳其、伊朗、印尼、巴基斯坦、

马来西亚等国。出口增长率每年达到30%左右，2005年出口额为500多万美元。为完成对老企业改造升级，适应长沙市

城市建设发展规划，拟将企业优势产业搬迁到城外工业园区，对原有土地进行开发，并同时对长沙重型机器厂实施破产兼并。公司原有资产拍卖预计7000万元(不包括土地资产约45000万元)，异地建厂和对生产经营过程注入流动资金的投资总额约26000万元，总投资共3.3亿元，全部由投资者自行筹措。

　　Changsha Heavy Machinery Plant, covering an area of 870mu, is located at the first section of Second Rind Road of Changsha City, to the east it connects with Wanjiali Lu, to the south it is adjacent to Laodong Donglu and the Changsha Dadao is in its north. It is close to Gaoqiao Large Market and Sports New Town of Changsha. It is only 5 minutes’ drive to Changsha Railway Station, with a good traffic location advantage. The Plant belongs to state-owned large enterprise. It has 2000 sets of production equipment and has complete heat-supply system and water-supply system, transmission and distribution system, storage and communication auxiliary facilities. It has a yearly production capacity of 50,000 tons of mechanical equipment. Its products include bucket wheel staker reclaimer, blender-reclaimer, steel plate straightening machine, steel plate rolling-straightening- cutting production line, etc. The development and design of its leading product of bucket-wheel staker has a history of about 30 years, which has been applied to domestic wharfs and ports and electric power, iron& steel and coking industries. It won repeatedly the bids during the tendering activities. And it is the product supported emphatically by the state. It has been sold not only to vast majority of domestic markets, but also to Turkey, Iran, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia. The annual export increase rate reaches 30% or so. In 2005, the export turnover is 5.00 million USD. In order to complete the restructuring and upgrading of old enterprises and adapt to the development planning of urban construction of Changsha City, it is proposed to remove the advantageous industry of the enterprise to the industry park in the outer city and to develop the original land and meanwhile to perform the bankrupt merger of Changsha Heavy Machinery Plant. It is predicted that the auction value of the original assets will be RMB 70.00 million (excluding the land asset of RMB 450.00 million). The working capital for rebuilding factory buildings in the outer city and for production operation will be RMB 260.00 million. So the total investment will be RMB 330.00 million, which will be financed by the investor personally.
