微软与Facebook签署广告协议

  Facebook and Microsoft Corp on Wednesday said the world's largest software maker will become the exclusive provider of banner advertising and sponsored links on the social networking Web site as part of a strategic alliance.

  The two companies began talks last week and expect the new ads to appear in early fall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

  “We believe that the combination of Microsoft and Facebook strengths will be incredibly attractive to advertisers as they forge more meaningful connections with one of the largest, most engaged audiences on the Internet,” Steve Berkowitz, senior vice president of the Online Servicespuorgat Microsoft, said in a statement.

  Closely-held Facebook, founded in February 2004, has more than 9 million registered users and ranks as the seventh-most trafficked site in the United States.

  微软和社交网站Facebook周三宣布了一项战略性合作协议,微软将成为Facebook旗帜广告和赞助链接的独家提供商。

  两家公司于上周开始谈判,并期望新广告能在秋初与公众见面,但双方未透露协议的细节。微软网络服务集团高级副总裁史蒂夫·伯克维茨表示:“我们相信对于广告商来说,微软和Facebook的结合将有极大的吸引力,因为这意味着与世界上最大、最投入的网上观众建立联系。”

  家庭控股公司Facebook成立于2004年2月,拥有超过900万的注册用户,是美国访问量排名第七的网站。
