山东旭日汽车饰件集团始建于1995年，属大二型民营企业，总资产3亿元，其中固定资产1.8亿元，注册资金4150万元。集团拥有国内一流水平的注塑、涂装、数控加工中心等设备600多台套。其中大中型注塑机50多台，涂装生产线四条。目前集团已有汽车外饰件、内饰件、灯具、模具、防冻液等七大系列、600多个产品品种。1999年通过了ISO9002质量体系认
证，2003年通过了QS9000体系认证，2004年导入TS16949质量体系。主要为北汽福田、一汽、二汽、中国重汽等30多个厂家配套。2004年实现销售收入1.6亿元，利税2729万元，其中利润1919万元。被省政府列为“50家汽车和零部件生产重点支持发展企业”。
二、项目主要建设内容
本项目主要新增注塑机、热压成型机、机器人自动涂装线、超声波焊机、真空镀膜机等设备和生产模具。

本项目总投资6230万元，其中中方3230万元，占注册资本的51.8％，外方3000万元，占注册资本的48.2％。
四、市场分析
公司主要是给北京汽车制造有限公司、浙江吉利汽车公司、北汽福田欧曼重卡汽车厂，华晨宝马轿车等厂家进行配套生产内饰件，这三家公司在中国的汽车销售量达50000台以上，随着我国汽车产量的大幅度增长和客户对汽车灯具及饰件的个性化要求，需求量将会大幅度增长。所以市场发展潜力很大。
