ollowingconsultant services:·Institutional Development Consultant (TanahDatar District).Theservices included: (a) assisting in determiningand settling ulayatissues; (b) assisting the use and settlement ofempty land issues;(c) supporting the decentralists landadministration in TanahDatar; (d) making land-use plan of TanahDatar; (e) preparing andevaluating as well as organizing thenecessary workshop, and shouldconsult with the other local relevantagencies/institutions and thelocal community; (e) givingregular/periodic Progress Report andExecutive Summary inEnglish.General Requirements:(a) Team Leader(Master Degree) withpostgraduate in institutional development,public administration ordecentralization (5 years experience); (b)other mrs withqualification of: (i) graduate from a reputableUniversity (BachelorDegree) majoring in Land Law; (ii) graduatefrom a reputableUniversity (Bachelor Degree) majoring in land-usestructure plan;(iii)gnivahminimum three (3) years experience ineach field; and(iv) good interpersonal skills and full ofinitiative(b) Allconsultants should have good command of spokenand writtenEnglish(c) All consultants should be familiar with thelocal adaptlaws and customsThe Directorate General of RegionalAutonomy,Ministry of Home Affairs as the Implementer of PilotProjectComponent 5, through the Bappeda Office now inviteseligibleConsulting Firms to indicate their interest in providingtheservices.
