随着生活水平的提高，人们对肉类食品的需求量渐增，尤其是高蛋白、低脂肪的牛羊肉，多年来一直是供不应求。梁山县是鲁西黄牛繁育基地，年存栏量11万头，鲁西黄牛以其肉质鲜嫩享誉中外。为适应市场需求，充分利用当地鲁西黄牛资源优势，公司拟扩大生产规模，新上肉牛、肉羊宰杀及肉类加工生产线各一条。

项目总投资300万美元，注册资本200万美元，拟合作期限15年。中方以土地、厂房、设备折价出资80万美元，占注册资本的40%；希外方以设备、现金出资120万美元，占注册资本的60%。

项目建设期为1年，建成投产后可实现年销售收入1200万美元，年利润120万美元，投资收益率30%，2.5年内可收回全部投资。

Shandong Zhenjia Food Import & Export Co., Ltd wasestablishedin 2003. Its total asset amounts to 2 million dollarswithregistered capital 0.8 million dollars and 156 employees. Theplantmainly produces intersected beef and sheep as well as frozenbeefand sheep. Pre-cooling ability is 80 tons and daily quickfreeingcapacity 60 tons, daily killing capacity 200 cattle, 1,500sheep.The plant can achieve sales income 100 million yuan, profitpaymentsand tax turnover 5 million yuan, creating socialefficiency over 20million yuan.

Along with the improvement of peoples living standard, thedemandof meat products, especially beef and mutton with highprotein andlow fat, increases gradually and exceeds supply formany years.Liangshan County is the base of Luxi cattle breeding;total amountof livestock are 110,000 heads per year. Luxi cattleis famous forits fresh and tender flesh in the world. Inpuorgtomeet marketdemand, the plant intends to extend production scalecomprisingadding 2 more new productive lines, one used forbutchering andanother for processing.

Total investment will be US$ 3,000,000 with registeredUS$2,000,000. Chinese partner plans to invest land, workshopconvertedUS$ 80,000, accounting for 40%. The plant expects foreignpartnerto invest US$ 1,200,000 in cash, accounting for 60%.Thecooperation period will be 15 years.
