山东绿健奶牛养殖有限公司是于2003年8月新建的一处高产奶牛养殖基地，注册资金320万元。公司占地面积168亩。现有大洋洲纯种黑白花奶牛300头。
三、项目内容
拟引进国外高产奶牛1000头，建设高标准牛舍及奶牛运动场、两座现代化电脑挤奶站及恒温贮奶设施、5.5万吨／年青贮饲料加工厂、改进基础设施，带动规模饲养小区建设。项目建成投产后，年产优质、绝色环保型纯鲜牛奶7000吨、胚胎牛犊900头、5.5万吨青贮饲料。
四、项目投资估算及资金筹措
项目总投资435万美元，中方以现金、土地、厂房及部分设备折价出资221.85万美元，占51%；希望外方以现汇出资213.15万美元，占49%。
五、经济效益分析
项目建设周期为1年，项目建成投产后，年实现经营收入217.65万美元，年利润89.39万美元，5年可收回全部投资。

Shandong Lujian Milk Cow Breeding Co., Ltd was a newbuilthigh-productivity milk cow breeding base set up in July, 2000witha registered capital US$ 387,000. It covers an area of 168 mu.Thecompany has 300 pure Holstein milk cows imported from Australiaatpresent.
3. Project Contents
The company plans to import 1000 high-productivity milk cowsandto build high standard cowhouse and field, 2 modernmilkingstations controlled by computer with milk storingestablishment ofsteady temperature. The company also plans to builda55-thousand-tons silage processing plant and improve thebasicestablishment to bring along development of the breeding zone.Whenthe project has been built, it will produce 7000 tons of highgradegreen milk, 900 embryo cows and 55 thousand tons of silageeveryyear.

Total investment will be US$ 4,350,000, Chinese partner planstoinvest cash, land, workshop and equipment converting intoUS$2,218,500, accounting for 51%. The corporation expectsforeignpartner to invest US$2,131,500 in cash, accounting for 49%.Thecooperation period will be 30 years.

The construction period is 1 year, when the project hasbeenbuilt, annual production value will be US$2,176,500 and netprofitcan come up to US$ 893,900. All investment will be returnedwithin5 years.
