y partof theproceeds to payments for consulting services forStrengthening MUBHuman Resources Management to be procured underthis project.Theproject will deal with development of MUB HumanResources StrategicPlan, training of MUB staff on human resourcesplanning and pretionof human resources trainers.The consultant willassist the MUB inevaluation and analysis of MUB human resourcesavailability andneeds, assessment of future human resources anddevelopment of itsstrategic plan and implementation mechanism.TheMUB, the ProjectManagement Unit, now invites eligible consultantsto indicate theirinterest in providing the services.
