•Registration Fee
•Early registration rate (for registration fee received on or before Feb.10, 2004 ): US$ 2, 400 for Members, US$ 2,700 for Non-Members .
•Regular rate (for registration fee received on or before Mar. 31, 2004 ) : US$ 2,700 for Members, US$ 3,000 for Non-Members.
•Late registration rate (for registration fee received after Mar.31, 2004 ): US$ 3,000 for Members, US$ 3,300 for Non-Members .
•The registration fee covers participation fee for various events, documentation including post-conference proceeds, local land transportation from airport to conference venue and vice versa, four (members) / three (non-members)- day hotel accommodation in Bo'ao (April 22/23-25), exclusive of participants' travel, post-meeting activities and other related expenses. The hotel accommodation covered does not include miscellaneous fees.
•Complimentary registration does not include hotel accommodation cost.
•Payment shall be made in US Dollars or Chinese RMB. The exchange rate of US Dollars and Chinese RMB shall be 1:8.30.
•Cancellation and Replacement Policy
Request for replacement has to be made in writing by fax, email or mail. Replacement request won't be entertained after April 16, 2004 .
Request for cancellation has to be made in writing by fax, email or mail. You will be refunded the amount you paid minus 10% for processing if the cancellation request is received on or before March 19, 2004 .
You will be refunded the amount you paid minus 20% for processing if the cancellation request is received on or before April 9, 2004 .
You will be refunded the amount you paid minus 50% for processing if the cancellation request is received on or before April 16, 2004 . No refunds after this date.
•Photo
Participants (including the accompany person) are requested to provide a passport size photo by mail, or preferably an e-photo by email to us, the format of the photo shall be JPEG, JPG, GIF, resolution 300DPI, and size 248 * 354.

Conference Venue: BFA International Convention Center , Bo'ao, Hainan , P.R. China.
Hotel Accommodation: Participants will be accommodated in Sofitel Hotel Bo'ao (5-star, adjacent to BFA ICC), Bo'ao Gold Coast Hot Spring Hotel (5-star, 10 min. ride to BFA ICC) and Bo'ao Jin Jiang Hot Spring Hotel (4-star, 10 min. ride to BFA ICC). Hotel accommodation for participants shall be arranged on first come first serve basis.
Flight Info: Participants are requested to provide their flight details to BFA Secretariat at least 20 days before the dates of the AC so that airport pickup could be arranged accordingly. Participants are advised to arrive and depart via Haikou Meilan Airport . It takes 1.5 hrs by car from Haikou Meilan Airport to Bo'ao.
On-site Registration: On-site Registration for BFA Members starts from April 22,2004 and registration for other participant starts on April 23, 2004 . Therefore it is advised that BFA members arrive in Bo'ao on April 22 , and other participants arrive in Bo'ao on April 23, 2004 .
