北京大学中国经济研究中心助教授。中国人民大学经济学学士，美国约翰·霍夫斯金大学经济学博士(导师：Robert Moffitt，Geert Ridder)。主要研究领域：劳动经济学、微观计量经济学、应用微观计量经济学、社会项目和公共政策评价。计量经济学会和美国经济学会的会员。

Assistant Professor of China Centre for Economic Research (CCER), Peking University, China.
After his graduation from Renmin University of China, he studied in U.S.A and received Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, with Robert Moffitt and Geert Ridder being advisors. His research interests center on microeconometrics, labor economies，applied microeconometrics and social program evaluation. He is also a member of American Economic Association as well as Econometric Society.
