零售业企业家奖得主黄光裕

　　安永会计师事务所2月2日宣布“安永企业家奖”- 中国2006十一位得主。这是安永首次在中国举办这项享誉全球的商业奖项。这项评选活动旨在表彰成功的企业家，见证其卓越的企业家精神，并褒扬其在创造就业、提高中国企业的竞争力以及带动国家经济发展等方面做出的贡献。

　　黄光裕先生出身于贫困的家庭，并在早年辍学。在80年代中期，他以高度敏锐的商业触觉捕捉到当时中国南北之间存在的价格差异所带来的商机，通过销售电子产品赚得了他们的第一桶金。黄先生和他的长兄于1987年开创了国美及其家电

零售业务。其后的三年中，黄先生运用其创新性的经营模式，包括从生产商直接进货和通过报业媒体宣传零售价格的广告策略，使国美的业务迅速成长，并通过良好的客户服务、价格保证、较长的质保期以及“不问理由”的退货政策，黄先生使国美在客户中树立起了优良的品牌形象。于2004年，国美通过反向收购成功地在香港联交所上市。到2005年，国美以180亿港元的销售收入成为中国最大的家电零售连锁企业。

　　Growing up in a humble family surrounding, Mr Wong left school at a young age. He showed his business acumen by taking advantage of the price differentials which existed between southern and northern parts of China in the mid-80’s to earn his initial capital by selling electronic products. In 1987, Mr Wong and his brother started GOME and the retailing business in home electrical appliances. In three years, business grew rapidly under Mr Wong’s innovative business model such as direct purchase from manufacturers and open advertisement of retail prices in newspapers. Good customer service, price guarantee, extended warranty and “no question asked” return policy helped to promote GOME’s brand amongst the customers. GOME successfully executed a reverse takeover and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2004. In 2005, GOME has become the largest household electrical appliance retail chain in China with revenue of HK$18 billion.
