　　上午好！

　　2010中国北京国际清洁能源博览会暨清洁能源大会和第七届亚洲风能大会暨国际风能设备展览会，今天，在这里隆重开幕了。首先，请允许我代表各主办单位向出席开幕式的各位领导、各位嘉宾、各参展企业的代表以及清洁能源大会的全体代表，表示热烈地欢迎和衷心的感谢！

　　Dear guests, colleagues, friends, Ladies and gentlemen,

　　This morning, the Clean Energy Expo China and Wind Power Asia 2010 formallyopened here. First of all, on behalf of the organizers, I would like to deliverour heartfelt welcomes and sincere thanks for your coming。

　　建国六十年来，中国电力工业的发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，为国民经济的发展作出了积极的贡献。截至2009年底，中国发电总装机容量已达8.74亿千瓦，年发电量达到3.68万亿千瓦时。电网220千伏及以上输电线路回路长度40万千米、公用变电容量16.51亿千伏安，以500千伏为骨干网架的跨省跨区域电网和消费大省的省内骨网架已基本形成，代表世界电网先进技术的特高压输电技术在中国已经实现，中国电网规模已跃居世界首位。

　　China’s power industry won world attention by its enormous achievementand positive contributions to China’snational economy in the past six decades. Till late 2009, the total installedcapacity had reached 874 GW; the generating output was 3680 TWH. The 220KV andabove transmission lines was 400 thousand KM, the public transformationcapacity reached 1651 GVA. Trans-provincial and trans-regional power gridnetwork backboned by 500KV lines and inner province grid structure mainstay oflarge power consumption provinces have been formed on the whole. The ultra highvoltage power transmission technology, leading the advanced grid technology inthe world, has been put into practice. And the power grid scale of China now ranks1st in the world。

　　与此同时，我国清洁能源发电快速发展。截至2009年底，中国水电装机已达1.96亿千瓦，总容量为世界第一，约占全国发电装机总容量的22.5%；核电装机容量908万千瓦，约占总容量的1%；风电装机容量已连续三年实现倍增式增长，并网运行容量达到1760万千瓦，约占总容量的2%。中国电力为缓解能源资源矛盾，保护全球环境做出了重要贡献。

　　At the same time, China’sclean energy generation grew rapidly. In late 2009, hydropower installedcapacity of China amountedto 196GW, topped the world in terms of the capacity, and accounting for 22.5%in the total installed capacity in China. Nuclear power capacityclimbed to 9.08GW, or 1% in the total. Wind power capacity achieved doubledincrease for 3 consecutive years. Gird connected wind power in China reached17.60GW, or 2% in the total。

　　当前，世界各国为应对气候变化，能源发展呈现了清洁化、低碳化、高效化的新趋势。我国政府提出了“到2020年，非化石能源占一次能源消费比重，要达到15%左右，单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40%～45%”的目标。

　　Facing global climate change, the energy development had demonstratedtrend to developing in clean, low-carbon and more efficient way. Chinesegovernment set the new target of cutting carbon dioxide emissions per unit ofGDP by 40 to 45 percentage by 2020 from the 2005 level and the non-fossilenergy will account for 15 percent of primary energy consumption by 2020.

　　面对新形势、新挑战，中国电力行业将加快转变电力发展方式，着力调整优化电力结构，积极发展清洁能源和可再生能源发电，加快坚强智能电网建设，进一步提高电网优化配置资源的能力。坚持节约优先原则，深入推进节能减排工作，紧紧依靠科技创新，加快推广低排放、少污染的高效节能技术和电力装备，促进电力发展方式转变。

　　Confronting the new situation and challenges, China’s power industryis speeding up the change of developing mode: pay more attention to optimizingpower industry structure, vigorously develop clean energy and renewable energy,quicken the construction of strong smart grid, facilitate the grid coordinationability; push forward the work of resources conservation and emissionreduction; By technical innovation, facilitate the utilization of low emission,less pollution, efficient and resource conservation electric power technologyand equipment

　　中国电力企业联合会是代表全国电力企事业单位的联合组织，电力企业作为清洁能源发展的主力军，全力推进水电以及核能、风能、太阳能、生物质能等新型清洁能源发电的发展进程，并在电网接入技术以及新能源汽车、电动汽车等方面，也在积极开发和研究。

　　China Electricity Council is a consolidated organization of China’s powerenterprises and institutions. The power enterprises, as one of the main forcefor the clean energy development, are pushing forward the development of hydropower, nuclear power, wind power, solar, biomass and other kinds of cleanenergy generation; they also positively involved in grid connecting issues,clean energy motor, electric car, etc。

　　本届博览会在国内外各清洁能源企业的大力支持下，共有20多个国家和地区的400多家著名企业前来参展，展览面积达23000多平方米。德国、韩国、美国、西班牙、英国和新加坡还组织了庞大的官方展团来华参展，博览会将全面地反映当今世界清洁能源发展的先进水平。

　　Withthe support of clean energy enterprises at home and abroad, the 2010 CEEC andWPA have over 400 companies from 22 countries presented and the totalexhibition area is around 23,000 square meters. We also have national pavilionsfrom Germany, Korea, US, Spain,

　　Britain,Singapore etc. Hope the expo will present our visitors with latest products andtechnology for their review。

　　我相信，通过本次博览会，将有效促进中国清洁能源的健康发展，也为国内外清洁能源设备制造企业开拓市场，获取供求信息，研发新技术和新产品，提供很好的契机。

　　Ibelieve the expo will promote the well development of China’s cleanenergy and provide the related companies with information, needs & trendsin new technology, products and the most important market exploration opportunities。

　　博览会同期，我们还将举办清洁能源大会。会议将邀请权威机构的专家对清洁能源的战略与前景进行介绍，内容包括清洁能源政策与市场、清洁能源投融资、清洁能源与智能电网、风电、节能与资源综合利用等热点话题。会议将邀请来自清洁能源领域用户单位、制造企业、投融资界和相关政府、研究机构等有关人士共同探讨中国清洁能源的发展大计。

　　Anotherhighlight is the event includes a high level professional industry conference.Topics include Business and Markets, Government Incentives and InvestmentOpportunities, Clean Energy and Smart Grid, Wind Power Technologies as well asEnergy Efficiency.
