梁雨，男，经济学硕士研究生，副研究员。

　　教育经历

　　1978年10月--- 1982年8月，就读于南开大学经济系，本科毕业。

　　1988年9月 ---1991 年2月，北京大学经济学院硕士研究生毕业。

　　工作经历

　　1982年---1988年，任原轻工业部管理干部学院教研室主任。

　　1991年---2000年，进入原国家经济体制改革委员会工作，任中国经济体制改革研究会常务理事、咨询策划中心常务副主任，中洋资产管理有限公司常务副总裁。在此期间，曾参与多家国有企业改制重组的方案和地方经济发展战略的设计与制定。作为改制上市顾问，曾主导陕西秦川发展股份有限公司的改制、重组、上市工作。

　　2000年---2002年，任国务院新闻办主管的视点传播公司副总裁。

　　2003年3月---2004年2月14日，任中关村技术产权交易所副总裁。前期曾参与北京“中关村技术交易中心”改制重组工作和科技部全国技术产权交易市场调查研究工作。

　　2004年2月14日至今，先后任北交所副总裁、常务副总裁，兼任日本日中产权交易所副社长、美国美中产权交易所副董事长、中国林业产权交易所董事长、北京黄金交易中心董事长。

　　Mr. Liang Yu has been active in the nationaleconomic system reforms and continuously in China’s equity exchange marketsince early 1990s. He ever took responsibilities as Executive Director offormer National Economic System Reform Research Committee, Executive VicePresident of Zhong Yang Capital Management Co. Ltd, and Vice President ofBeijing ZhongGuangCun Technology Equity Exchange. Since 2004, BeijingZhongGuanCun Technology Equity Exchange was merged with Beijing Equity

In 2009, Mr.Liang Yu established China Forestry Exchange under the approval of the StateCouncil and the National Forestry Administration, and he becomes the Chairmanof China Forestry Exchange。

　　as Master of Economics and completed his graduate studies from Nankai University.Now, Mr. Liang is Associate Research Fellow。
