李怒云

　　国家林业局应对气候变化工作办公室常务副主任

　　李怒云，博士， 现任国家林业局应对气候变化工作办公室常务副主任，负责制定中国林业碳汇管理和林木生物质能源等有关制度与政策，创建了中国绿色碳基金及其运行模式，开展了具有中国特色的碳汇造林和碳汇计量监测等。主要研究领域：林业碳汇、林木生物质能源、生态服务市场等。 编著(译)出版《中国林业碳汇》 《林业碳汇计量》 《造林绿化与气候变化—碳汇问题研究》等。曾赴美国作高级访问学者。 兼任全球人文因素影响计划中国国家委员会委员、北京林学会副理事长、国家林木种苗标委会副主任委员。

　　as well. Forestry Carbon Sequestration, Bioenergy of Forest and EcologicalService Market etc. are involved in the major study regions of hers. Herpublications include Forestry Carbon Sequestrationin China, Carbon Accounting and Monitoring and The Aforestation and Climate Change---

Li Nuyun was a senior visiting scholarto the USA.She also acts as part-time commissioner of ChineseNation Committee for the International Human Dimensions Programme on GlobalEnvironmental Change , vice-director of Beijing Forestry Association, andvice-director and commissioner of Forest Seed Standard Committee of China。
