Assisted by ateam of four sixteen professionals, the tasks were to manage formulations,approval, and implementation of regional programmes in areas stipulated in theRegional Cooperation Framework-II. 

　　January 2000 - June 2002: ProgrammeAdviser/Deputy Chief, South East Asia and Pacific Division and then West Asia Division, UNDP Asia-Pacific

　　Responsible for support to programmes in Cambodia, Indonesia

　　and Viet Nam in South EastAsia and Pacific Division and thereafter India,

　　区域项目处的全面管理。管理4个分别由16个项目专家组成的项目团队，负责区域合作框架二期项目的立项、审批、和执行。

　　2000年1月-2002年6月    联合国开发计划署亚太局东南亚和太平洋处及西亚处项

　　目顾问/副处长负责向东南亚的柬埔寨、印尼和越南的项目提供支持，向西亚的印度、伊朗和巴基斯坦提供项目支持，南亚和西亚处的项目工作。

　　1997年8月-1999年12月   联合国开发计划署驻土库曼斯坦代表处副代表全面负责该代表处的项目工作 - 当地雇员培训；代表处的设立和规章制度的设立；政府执行的介绍(政府执行手册制定)，在相对新的国家开发设计新项目，为联合国系统提供支持。

　　负责环境和自然资源管理团队的管理工作 - 实现国家环境管理行动方案等主要项目目标；洪水行动方案独立审核；四个主要项目的开发，其中包括在该国最大的SEMP-UNDP环境项目。

　　孟加拉和荷兰合作的沿海地区发展项目。负责由10个社会经济学家组成的团队在孟加拉沿海地区开展项目的组织和机构设置工作。
