史蒂芬

　　世佳碳资产董事总经理

　　史蒂芬现任世佳碳资产董事总经理，主要从事碳交易、投资组合管理和提供金融技术投资方案。史蒂芬毕业于巴黎索邦第一大学经济及金融学系和加州大学洛杉矶分校工商管理硕士。史蒂芬的职业生涯始于衍生工具市场，及后自1995年起开始在欧洲和美国共建立12所信息技术公司，并成功把其中2所分别在LSEx和Euronext上市。他随后积极投资于可再生能源业务，积累了丰富的碳投资管理经验。他在2004年创建世佳碳资产，其后被法国国家开发银行进行策略性收购，成为集团全方位架构对抗气候变化的策略和目标。

　　Stephane Colin was the founder of Sagacarbonin which he has become the Managing Director since strategic acquisition by theFrench state own bank, CaissedesDepots, in 2005. He actively invested inrenewable energy sector and gained sophisticated experience in the carbonindustry prior to establishing his carbon asset intermediation business. Hebegan his career firstly in derivatives markets and then established 12international technology corporate over Europe

　　and US; and successfully listed 2 of them in LSEx and Euronext respectivelysince 1995.  He received his first degree in Economics and Finances fromParis 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University and an MBA from UCLA。
