　　阮宇星先生于2007年加入德意志交易所，任发行人与投资人市场部副总监一职。

　　在加入德意志交易所集团之前，阮宇星先生于2001年至2006年间于法兰克福担任中国国际贸易促进委员会德国首席代表。就职期间他负责促进中德双边经贸发展合作，建立中国国际贸促会在德国的网络。奥地利、瑞士和其他一些中欧国家的业务也由他负责。在1994年到1998年间，阮宇星先生是中国政府德国事务的重要官员，并在1998年到2000年间，担任欧盟投资伙伴项目的中国代表。

　　Yuxing Ruan joined Deutsche Börse AG in 2007as Vice President of Issuer and Investor Markets for Chinese market。

　　Before joining Deutsche Börse, Ruan workedas Chief Representative of China Council for the Promotion of InternationalTrade (CCPIT) in Frankfurt from 2001 to2006.  He was responsible for developmentof economic and trade cooperation between China

　　and Germany and heestablished network for CCPIT in Europe. Hisresponsibilities also include Austria,

　　Switzerland

　　and some central european countires. From 1994 to 1998, Ruan was key officer incharge of the German affairs in CCPIT and from 1998 to 2000 he was NationalCounselor of China for Europartenariat of European Union。
