The draft plan outlines the vision, objectives and key strategic directions that will form the basis of the forthcoming planning and delivery of transport for the games. The strategic guidelines and operational principles for transport systems and venue transport operations covering every mode of transport and client group are detailed. The roles and responsibilities of the organisations involved in delivering transport for the Games are described, as well as the proposed Olympic Route Network.
