　　Ms. Hope Chen is the Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. She was the Founder and CEO of Billpoint, Inc., which pioneered the concept of online person to person payments. Billpoint became the leading provider of person to person payment services on the Internet and was acquired by eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) in 1999 as a payment solution for their online auction marketplace.

　　Prior to Billpoint, Ms. Chen was the Chief Information Officer of GE Nuclear, a $1 Billion division of GE Power Systems, where she managed the IT infrastructure for the organization and implemented large scale enterprise systems. Before GE, she was the Strategy Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in the San Francisco office and the Director for Cambridge Technology Partners in Boston.

　　Ms. Chen currently serves as Board Director for PPLive, KU6, Mtime, CDA, and as Board Advisor for Yeepay, CTS and Pixoart (acquired by 51.com).

　　陈女士现任Draper Fisher Jurvetson副总经理，她曾是Billpoint的创始人兼行政总裁，开创了网络个人支付的创新概念。Billpoint成为了网络个人支付服务的领先供应商并于1999年成功被eBay(NASDAQ：EBAY)收购成为其网上拍卖业务的支付解决方案。

　　加入Billpoint之前，陈女士是通用电气核能源部首席信息官，管理公司的IT基础设施建设并执行大型系统方案。加入通用电气之前，陈女士曾担任Boston Consulting Group旧金山办公室的策略咨询顾问以及波士顿Cambridge Technology Partners副总经理。

　　陈女士同时兼任PPLive, KU6, Mtime以及CDA的董事会主席以及Yeepay、CTS以及Pixoart(被51.com收购)的董事会顾问。
