　　Mr. Xiucai Liu is a Chairman & CEO of Cathy Biotech. Prior to founding the company in 1997, Mr. Liu was the Founder and CEO of Unistone Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. From 1991 to 1994, he was a Senior Scientist of The Sandoz Research Institute. From 1989 to 1991, he was a postdoctoral researcher at both Yale and Columbia Universities.

　　Mr. Liu received a Bachelor of Science degree in analytical chemistry from the Chinese University of Science and Technology in 1981, received a Master of Science degree in Soil Science from the Chinese Academy of Science in 1984 and received a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from University of Wisconsin in 1989.

　　刘修才先生现为凯赛工业生物科技主席兼行政总裁。在1997年创立凯赛工业生物科技之前，他是Unistone制药的创始人兼首席执行官。1991年至1994年，刘先生于Sandoz研究机构担任高级科学家。1989至1991年，他是耶鲁大学与哥伦比亚大学的博士后研究员。

　　1981年，刘先生取得中国科技大学分析化学学士学位，并于1984年获得中国科学院土地科学硕士学位。他于1989年获得威斯康辛大学生物化学博士学位。
