　　Mr. Chan is Co-leader of the China practice and Managing Partner of company’s Shanghai office. He is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience representing sellers, strategic buyers, private equity funds, venture funds, portfolio companies, issuers, underwriters, financial advisors, lenders and trustees in a variety of sophisticated transactions.

　　Mr. Chan has worked on over $41 billion of private equity, venture capital, capital market, merger, acquisition, and other strategic transactions. Private equity and venture capital financings he has executed range from seed capital rounds to expansion and late stage investments. He has also been involved in a number of initial public offering of leading companies in the U.S.
