　　Mr. Yan is the Managing Partner of SAIF and SB Asia Investment Fund II, and the Managing Director of Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF). Mr. Yan is also an Independent Non-executive Director of China Oilfield Service Ltd., Chinese Resource Land Ltd., and Stone Group Holdings Ltd., which are listed companies in Hong Kong.

　　SAIF has also been named as “The Best Performing Fund in Asia” by Private Equity International in 2005 and 2006。SAIF and Mr. Yan were also voted as “VC firm of the Year” and “Venture Capitalist of the Year” respectively in 2004 by the China Venture Capital Association. Under Mr. Yan’s leadership, SAIF’s investment in Shanda Interactive Entertainment (SNDA) was named “The Investment of the Year” by the China Venture Capital Industry in 2003..

　　阎焱先生现为软银赛富亚洲投资基金管理公司、软银亚洲基础基金首席合伙人及软体银行亚洲基础设施基金主席。阎先生目前还担任中国海洋石油服务公司、四通电子有限公司(二者均为香港证券交易所上市公司)以及东方通信公司(在上海证券交易所上市)的独立非执行董事。

　　2005年及2006年，软银赛富亚洲投资基金管理公司连续获得Private Equity International评选为“亚洲最佳表现基金”。而阎先生和其创立的软银赛富亚洲投资基金管理公司被中国风险投资协会评选为“2004 年度最佳创业投资机构”及 “2004 年度中国最佳创业投资人”。其所领导的软体银行亚洲基础设施基金所投资的盛大娱乐互动有限公司于2003 被评选为“年度最佳投资案例”。
