　　Mr. James Atwell is a well-known industry leader in the Silicon Valley community. At Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Atwell leads a team of partners and managers focused on rapidly growing private and public companies.

　　Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Atwell worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 1983 to 2000. Mr. Atwell’s professional affiliations include serving on the Advisory Boards of Silicon Valley Bank and Champion Ventures, the Executive Board of Santa Clara University and Stanford University’s Economic Development Impact Board. Mr. Atwell has worked on over 50 initial public offerings (IPO’s) during his career.
