　　Dr. Randolph is the President of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute, a public-private economic research and policy organized that focuses on major issues impacting the economy of California and the Bay Area.

　　Dr. Randolph previously served as the Director of International Trade for the State of California (1994-98), and International Business Consultant (1992-94), and International Director General of the Pacific Basin Economic Council (1988-92)

　　Dr. Randolph has extensive experience in U.S. Government, including U.S. Congress and White House staff, U.S. State Department on the Policy Planning staff, special adviser for policy, Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and deputy/ambassador at large for Pacific Basin affairs. Dr. Randolph writes and speaks frequently to regional, state and national audiences on economic issues.

　　Randolph博士加入旧金山湾区委员会前，曾任职为加州国际贸易总监(1994-1998)。1988年至1994年期间，先后担任国际商业顾问、太平洋区经济委员会国际总监。
