　　Mr. Vincent Lo, GBS, JP, has served as the Chairman and CEO of Shui On Land since February 2004. He is also the Chairman of the Shui On Group, the Chairman of Shui On Construction And Materials Limited (“SOCAM”) and the Chairman of China Central Properties Limited (CCP).

　　Mr. Lo is a member of The Tenth National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Honorary Life President of the Business and Professionals Federation of Hong Kong, the President of Yangtze Council, the Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, an economic advisor of the Chongqing Municipal Government, the Vice Chairman of the Chamber of International Commerce Shanghai, a court member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Director of Great Eagle Holdings Limited, Non-executive Director of Hang Seng Bank Limited, and an Independent Non-executive Director of China Telecom Corporation Limited, among his other positions.

　　Mr. Lo was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 1998 and appointed Justice of the Peace in 1999 by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He was made an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai in 1999. He was named Businessman of the Year at the Hong Kong Business Awards in 2001 and won the Director of the Year Award in the category of Listed Company Executive Directors from the Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2002. In 2005, he was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by the French government.

　　罗康瑞先生，金紫荆星章，太平绅士，自2004年2月瑞安房地产创立以来，一直担任该公司主席兼行政总裁。罗先生亦是瑞安集团主席、瑞安建业有限公司(“瑞安建业”)主席、中华汇房地产有限公司(“中华汇”)主席。

　　罗先生现为中国人民政治协商会议第十届全国委员会委员、香港工商专业联会终身名誉会长、长江开发沪港促进会主席、中华全国工商业联合会副主席、重庆市人民政府经济顾问、上海国际商会副会长、香港科技大学顾问委员会成员、鹰君集团有限公司董事、恒生银行有限公司非执行董事、中国电信股份有限公司独立非执行董事，及其他多项公职。

　　罗先生于1998年获香港特别行政区政府颁授金紫荆星章，1999年获委任为太平绅士，同年并获颁授“上海市荣誉市民”名衔。2001年更获颁发香港商业奖的“商业成就奖”，2002年获得香港董事学会颁发“2002年度杰出董事奖-上市公司执行董事”，2005年更获法国政府颁授艺术与文学骑士勋章。
