中国企业德国上市辅导会将于4月11日无锡和4月13日杭州开幕，以下为该会议演讲嘉宾资料。 Patrick Tsang Co-leader Public Offering Services China Patrick Tsang is the Co-leader of Public Offering Services of Deloitte in China. He has over eighteen years of professional experience in international accounting firms. Patrick is also an expert in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology industry (“TMT”), and is now leading Deloitte’s TMT Group in the Eastern China. Mr. Tsang specialises in new listings and corporate financing of PRC national companies. He has successfully assisted the following companies completed their IPOs. They are Suntech Power, AAC Acoustic, Greentown Holding, Minth Group, Kasen International, Longcheer, 8 Telecom, Shanghai Industrial Holdings and Yanzhou Coal Mine etc Mr. Tsang graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University, major in Business Administration, and has obtained EMBA degree from CEIBS. Mr. Tsang is a member of CICPA, ACCA and HKICPA. 曾顺福是中国德勤企业上市服务方面的合伙人，拥有18年以上在国际会计事务所从业的专业经验。曾顺福先生也是一位在电信、传媒以及科技产业(简称“TMT”产业)领域的专家，并且目前正领导着德勤TMT部门工作在中国华东地区的业务开展。 曾顺福先生专注于中国国有企业的新股上市和企业融资。 曾顺福先生成功协助以下公司进行首次公开发行股票，这些公司:尚德太阳能股份有限公司、AAC声学科技股份有限公司、福源源(集团)有限公司、敏实集团有限公司、卡森国际控股有限公司、龙旗集团、电讯集团有限公司、上海实业集团有限公司以及兖州矿业(集团)公司。 毕业于香港浸会大学工商管理专业，曾顺福先生已获得中欧商学院高工商管理硕士学位。 曾顺福先生是中国注册会计师协会、英国特许会计师公会和香港会计师公会的成员。
