　　2000年以来，参与国际经合组织等国际组织、中国劳动和社会保障部及其他相关政府部门、国内外著名金融机构有关企业年金、养老金的课题研发和市场培育；

　　2000年，联合中国劳动和社会保障部、英国施罗德金融集团在北京王府饭店举办“社会保险基金监管国际研讨会”。

　　2001年，联合中国劳动和社会保障部、国际经合组织OECD在北京凯宾斯基大酒店举办“中国企业年金监管国际研讨会”。

　　2002～2004年，组织国内外社会保障基金、企业年金专家，编辑出版国内第一套社会保障基金和企业年金运营与监管丛书；包含《社会保障基金监管制度国际比较》、《社会保障基金运营与监管》、《企业年金运营与监管》、《企业年金管理指引》、《企业年金基金管理试行办法释义》等。为社会保险基金、企业年金的监管、金融市场运营提供系统、权威、实用的理论指导和操作指南。

　　2004年4月，创建国内第一家专业为企业年金、养老金服务的投资顾问公司——北京贝恩克投资顾问有限公司；设立国内第一家企业年金、养老金专业服务网站——www.cnpension.net。

　　2004年7月～8月，配合中国《企业年金试行办法》、《企业年金基金管理试行办法》的颁布实施，在北京友谊宾馆连续两次举办“全国企业年金规范管理培训班”。对中国主要金融机构和国际金融集团在华机构及国内主要工商企业集团进行全面培训和研讨。

　　2002～2005年，参与中国国内第一套企业年金法规研究。

　　2004年～2005年，参与中国劳动和社会保障与世界银行联合的“中国企业年金监管规则”课题研究。
