　　综合外电2月1日报道，美国铝业公司(Alcoa Inc.)将与中国铝业公司(Aluminum Corporation of China Ltd.)合作收购力拓(Rio Tinto)12%的英国普通股股份。

　　美国铝业公司将为此投资12亿美元。

　　该项投资将通过特意为此设立的特殊目的公司Shining Prospect Pte. Ltd公司进行。

　　通过该投资，美国铝业公司将获得与其在总收购金额中所提供的现金比例相适应的Sh

　　ining Prospect Pte. Ltd公司股份。
