　　请注意：香港证券及期货事务监察委员会已于2014年6月17日针对你们各人向香港特别行政区市场失当行为审裁处发出通知，该通知指格林柯尔科技控股有 限公司股票涉及曾经发生或可能曾经发生香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》第XIII部第277条所指的市场失当行为，并请求市场失当行为审裁处进行研

　　To： GU CHUJUN， ZHANG XIHAN， HU XIAOHUI， XU WANPING， FAN JIAYAN and LIU CONGMENG， former

　　directors of Greencool Technology Holdings Limited whose last known residential

　　and office addresses are located in Beijing， the

　　People‘s Republic of China．

　　TAKE NOTICE that a Notice to the Market Misconduct

　　Tribunal of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region， that market misconduct within the meaning of section 277 of Part

　　XIII of the Securities and Futures Ordinance， Chapter

　　571 of the Laws of Hong Kong， has or may have taken

　　place in relation to the securities of Greencool Technology Holdings Limited， has been issued against each of you by the Hong Kong Securities and

　　Futures Commission on 17 June 2014 and the Market Misconduct Tribunal has been

　　asked to conduct proceedings and determine （a） whether any market misconduct

　　has taken place， （b） the identity of each person， if any， who has engaged in the market

　　misconduct and （c） the amount of any profit gained or loss avoided as a result

　　of the market misconduct．

　　AND THAT the Market Misconduct Tribunal has determined

　　that a substantive hearing of the matters stated in the Notice will be held

　　from 14 September 2015 to 23 October 2015 at Room 702，

　　Tower 2， Lippo Centre， 89

　　Queensway， Hong Kong Special Administrative Region． If

　　you do not appear either in person or by a Hong Kong qualified legal

　　representative at the aforesaid venue during the aforesaid dates， such order（s） will be made against you as the Market Misconduct

　　Tribunal thinks just．

　　A copy of the Notice together with a Synopsis， the documents to be adduced in evidence at the substantive hearing

　　as mentioned and the details of other directions granted by the Market

　　Misconduct Tribunal， including the dates for each of

　　you to file evidence， in support of your case， with the Market Misconduct Tribunal may be obtained from the Legal

　　Services Division of the Securities and Futures Commission of which the offices
